This action is to ensure effective and fluent management of the project and establish collaborative performance with associated beneficiaries and gear performance towards the EU commission requirements in technical, administrative and financial issues. The coordinating beneficiary, through the project manager, will be directly involved in the technical implementation of the project, in reporting and in the dissemination of the project results, and thus, has the main responsibility for coordinating these activities.
Project management by Luke is carried out by the staff of the coordinating beneficiary, Luke Natural Resources and Bioproduction. Project manager is supported by a professional project management team: senior supervisor, financial secretary and management assistant.
